The Colors of Spring

It’s been a vibrant few weeks — incredibly beautiful and with deleterious nasal effects. I’ve not been able to breathe through my nose in weeks!

I went out to CVS this afternoon to pick up one of my prescriptions. It was a quiet moment, I’d reached a good stopping point in the day’s major work projects, and when I returned forty minutes later the office had (metaphorically) burned down, and then I spent the next two and a half hours putting out fires that had sprung up in my absence that weren’t even mine to start with.

But! At least there was some beauty this afternoon.

The tree outside my apartment is already shedding its petals
The pink dogwood tree by the mailboxes looks so pretty
So, I once lost control of my car and plunged over that embankment
You can sort of see the cemetery in Yoe right near the center. It's easier to see in real life from my vantage point than it is in photos
