And one of the staunchest champions of the Iraq War in the government.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe Cheney&#8217;s suffering <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Postperfusion_syndrome\">pump brain<\/a> from one of his heart attacks.  Or maybe he&#8217;s an opportunist of the worst kind.<\/p>\n<p>Either way, in 1994 he talked sense, while eight years later he&#8217;d lost all reason.<\/p>\n<p>Can we have the 1994 Dick Cheney back?
