I spent the weekend working on a novel outline.<\/p>\n
It’s not quite finished. Right now it’s at 2,500 words. I think<\/i> it’s going to finish up about a thousand words from now.<\/p>\n
I’ve just blown up something very<\/i> big.<\/p>\n
There are other things to blow up, too. Not quite as big.<\/p>\n
The story is about to head off into some really<\/i> wonky territory. Wonky is what I do. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
It’s slow writing. Even though I have a rough outline I sketched out on a notepad, I’m still having to work through the plot, at least here in the middle. The ending is generally locked down in better detail, so that writing — the last five hundred words, roughly — should go much faster.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
