Rowling&#8217;s <i>Harry Potter<\/i> novels.  I heard an interview on NPR where one young girl read through the final book <b>twice<\/b> in twelve hours.  <i>Harry Potter<\/i>, massive tomes that they are, are often and avidly consumed by children.<\/p>\n<p>So, why are Republican Senators having such a difficult time reading through the health care reform legislation?<\/p>\n<p>As Senator Whitehouse of Rhode Island points out, a <i>Harry Potter<\/i> novel is <i>longer<\/i> than the bill pending before Congress.
