About “peckish.” Word not only flagged it as a misspelling, but Word also<\/i> tried to change it to “puckish.” I may use<\/i> the word “puckish,” but in this particular case, in this particular sentence, my protagonist is hungry. He’s not a prat.<\/p>\n
