The last time I saw her was five years ago today. It was in Annapolis. It was a heavy snowstorm building to a blizzard. She and I drove around town, in search of lunch, as memory serves. Did she and I go to McDonald’s? I can’t remember.<\/p>\n
Five years.<\/p>\n
We chatted for a few moments, and then a bad connection disconnected me, and when I came back online she was gone.<\/p>\n
