I was given a document to review, a training guide to a new program at work. The sales tracking chart the guide explains is in itself fairly self-explanatory. The training guide itself, though, is about as clear as mud with wild shifts in tone, grammar, and sentence structure. In a single paragraph the document might go from The-Voice-On-High to a sympathetic voice and back.<\/p>\n
