Not an e-mail. A letter.<\/p>\n
It’s to a friend of mine, one I’ve not spoken to or seen in several years.<\/p>\n
It says nothing profound, just summarizes the last few years in about two hundred words. Here’s where I am. Here’s the important things I’ve done.<\/p>\n
The letter uses a font I spent years searching for, only to discover I already had it. I am such<\/i> a font whore. I wanted the font used by Del Rey in the table of contents of many of their mid- to late-80s science fiction books, an angular small-caps font. It’s called Metro, and now I’m happy.<\/p>\n
Enough about the font.<\/p>\n
I’ve tried contacting him before to no avail.<\/p>\n
