I have removed all but two pieces, while white has removed none, and isn't close to removing any.\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-34341\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I still lose half the time, but I&#8217;m getting the hang of it.<\/p>\n<p>I do think xgammon cheats, because it comes up with <i>just<\/i> the right role to do damage far too often to be chance, but broadly speaking, I&#8217;m holding my own.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<p>I cannot access Facebook on my phone.  For a day now, since last evening, all I get is this.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"576\" height=\"576\" src=\"http:\/\/www.allyngibson.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Screenshot_20250204-063224.jpg\" alt=\"Something has gone wrong. Really helpful\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-34343\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No idea if it&#8217;s a Facebook problem or a Vivaldi problem.  I&#8217;ve cleared Facebook cookies and can log in, but anything more produces this.<\/p>\n<p>I use my mobile browser.  I don&#8217;t have the apps for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram on my phone.  And, at some point, I can see the tech companies freezing people out for not using their apps.<\/p>\n<p>Hell, my apartment complex wants me to use an app to pay for the laundry facility.  No, I will not use an app to pay for laundry!  What sort of dystopia do we live in when you need a damn <i>app<\/i> to have clean clothes?<\/p>\n<p>Madness!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m getting better at this backgammon thing.
