It&#8217;s cute and worth sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Celebrating Mister Rogers\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Rd7X0NsOeRk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel Tiger made an appearance at a Harrisburg Senators game in 2019, and I made a point of getting in line to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.allyngibson.com\/?p=32032\">have my picture taken with him<\/a>. As I said at the time, &#8220;I damn near cried.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"http:\/\/www.allyngibson.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/20190616_122704694-1200x675.jpg\" alt=\"The author with Daniel Tiger, June 2019\" class=\"wp-image-32034\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I like that I was wearing a Blue Lantern shirt, as the Blue Lanterns embody hope.
