A nor’easter came ripping through Sunday afternoon and evening. The forecasts were all over the map, anywhere from three inches to three feet, and, at least in my part of Pennsylvania, it turned out to be about six inches.<\/p>\n

It was heavy, wet snow, and it cleared fairly easily. After I cleared the sidewalk and my car, I went for a walk through the neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Yes, I was that weirdo wearing shorts, a hoodie, and sneakers without socks yesterday. Honestly, it didn’t feel terribly cold.<\/p>\n

While that looks like a church — and was, it was an EUB\/Methodist church until about fifty years ago — it’s been rehabbed into a house. It came up for sale several years ago.<\/p>\n

The cemetery on the opposite hill looked nice in the snow.<\/p>\n

And, if anyone needs a sectional, there’s one out by the dumpsters, free to a good home.<\/p>\n

Today will not be as warm as yesterday, but it’s definitely prettier. Blue skies, light clouds. Yesterday was a bit grim.<\/p>\n
