Erie’s own The Oneders had that brief residency at Villapiano’s, the pizza joint out by the airport in the early ’60s. From there, they went on to appear in a rock and roll show in Pittsburgh, then were signed to the Playtone label and joined the legendary “Galaxy of Stars,” before fizzling out after that one television appearance.<\/p>\n

And, now I can get a vintage Villapiano’s ad for the Oneders on a t-shirt!<\/p>\n

Onedermania returns when one least expects it!<\/p>\n

It’s a cool shirt, don’t get me wrong. I won’t be adding it to my wardrobe. But I am impressed that, for at least once, Facebook knew my interests.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
