I’ve had to fortify myself with Guinness. I’m on my third in the last forty minutes. It’s been one of those days.<\/p>\n
The thing is, today didn’t start out that way.<\/p>\n
I haven’t been sleeping recently. Mainly it’s the weather–I’ve not been able to get comfortable at night. Last night, though, I managed to sleep fairly well. I felt rested when I awoke in the morning. I hadn’t felt that way in the past few days.<\/p>\n
But then something happened, and all the wind fell away from the sails. The rest of the day went by in an uncharacteristic daze.<\/p>\n
I’m still stunned and at a loss for words.<\/p>\n
