And there's a part of me that wants to say, "Well… duh<\/i>." \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

And then there's the part of me that wants to say, "Now that I've gotten the snarky answer out of the way…"<\/p>\n

Who hasn't<\/i> dreamt of going to the moon? Who wouldn't<\/i> go, if given the opportunity?<\/p>\n

To be weightless. To be in the dark void of space. To stand on another world. To see the Earth hanging in the sky, like a blue marble, covered in clouds, and the borders that divide humanity invisible.<\/p>\n

Carl Sagan writes about the fragility and the unity of Earth in his works, especially Pale Blue Dot<\/i>.<\/p>\n

I think that, to stand on another world and see the Earth, it would be an awe-inspiring thing and an eye-opening thing.<\/p>\n

And I would love<\/b> to see it.<\/p>\n

So, yes, non-snarkily, I would absosmurfly<\/i> go to the moon, if offered a free trip. :h2g2:<\/p>\n
