Today's my last day at EB Games.
A number of managers got together last night at a local bar as a kind of going-away get-together. One manager left last week, I'm leaving today, another's moving to Pittsburgh (though staying with the company) in two weeks. It was the last hurrah, basically.
It was good.
I wish I could say I were sad. Instead, I feel relieved. I can breathe again.
Tonight I'm going out to dinner with my sister. We've not decided where, though she's concerned about the E. coli warning about Cary's water. We may do something in north Raleigh instead.
So, the last day. And there's still all that packing to do….
Sigh.
