On Looking Ahead

Today at work I found myself looking at things coming in May.

It’s not even Thanksgiving. And I’m already dealing with May.

Somehow, living in the moment means planning to live in the moment months hence.

I mean, I’m already thinking ahead to my annual viewing of Santa Claus Conquers the Martians.

And then the year’s over, and a new one’s just begun.

Time flies.
