On Lord Byron

I’m posting this as a public service announcement for Keith DeCandido–I have a feeling he’d be interested. 😉

On October 22nd BBC America will be debuting Byron, a biopic about, obviously, Lord Byron.

From the e-mail I received from BBC America on the program:

Illegitimate children, broken hearts, incestuous affairs; all in the name of poetry. Jonny Lee Miller stars as the charismatic rebel poet Lord Byron.

Sounds like fun. Set your TiVo, Keith. 🙂

  1. I’m pretty sure that Keith’s interest in in Byron the writer rather than Byron of the illegitimte children, the broken hearts, and the incestuous affairs. 🙂

I’ll take this opportunity to plug a vampire novel I really enjoy, Tom Hollard’s Lord of the Dead, about Byron’s life as a vampire.
