Puckish behavior?

Defective merchandise needed to be shipped out. A box of systems, games, and controllers overflowed. I pulled together the controllers, and carefully wrote out a defective slip for each one. The last controller, though, had no indication of why it was defective.

I held it. Looked at it. Turned it over. Wasn’t it obvious, in the same way that the controller missing a whole side was obvious? Sadly, no.

“Use of controller opened hole in fabric of space-time.”

I wonder what the warehouse people will make of that.
