According to cemetery records, Ada’s brother Edward Hawk is also buried here, though he’s unmarked. Edward enlisted in the Navy at the declaration of war against Germany in 1917, was assigned to the USS Mississippi, and deserted. His wife and infant son are buried at another cemetery in the Baltimore area.
