They Say It’s Your Birthday

This was an unexpected surprise — the University of Richmond sent me a cute little video for my grumble-grumble birthday.

The second building (the international center) and the fourth building (the football stadium) weren’t there when I was there a quarter century ago, so I have no emotional attachment to them.

Nevertheless, the idea was a lovely one, and I think this is cute.

I was at an alumni event last week. Haven’t written about that yet. Will in a day or two. Right now, it’s just too blooming hot to think.

It was hot today.

The last time I had work done on my car, they had to disconnect the battery, and my thermometer in the car reads in Celsius.

40 degrees! If my maths are correct… why, that’s 104 degrees Fahrenheit!

I went to Red Robin (yum!) for dinner.

As the Grail Knight would say, “You have chosen… wisely.”
