On Random Wednesday Thoughts

I love the way the air feels in spring.

There’s a crispness. A tanginess. It’s like a sense of anticipation, that nature itself knows that something amazing is about to happen.

I went for a walk on my lunch break today. The neighborhood around the office is, to be honest, not particularly exciting. There’s not a lot to see, and if you don’t pay attention while crossing the street someone will come along and clip you.

It was good walking weather.

I bought a tee-shirt.

A Captain Marvel tee-shirt!

It’s red. It has the lightning bolt.

There’s only one Captain Marvel. The World’s Mightiest Mortal. Anyone else using the name Captain Marvel is just a poser. 🙂

I don’t know when I’ll wear it. Maybe I’ll save it for a convention or something.

The light rail was crowded on the way home. The Yankees are in town, and people ride the rails from Hunt Valley and Timonium on down to the Yard. The train wasn’t as crowded as it’s been in the past for Yankees games.

Of course, the absolute worst gamedays are ones when the Red Sox are in town.

I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already.

How does that happen?
