On Hall Passes

President Bush visits the United Nations to give a speech about world peace. He passes Secretary of State Condi Rice a note. Could Bush’s words change the course of history?

Of course not. President Bush needs a potty break.

If there’s anything that encapsulates Bush’s disconnect from the office that he holds, it’s the act of writing out what is essentially a junior high school hall pass.
