On Doctor Who and King Arthur

While I have Doctor Who on the brain, I’d like to recommend this post from Mags Halliday on the Arthurian elements seen in “The Christmas Invasion,” the Doctor Who Christmas special (which I’ve not seen, so I can’t really comment). The post has generated a lively thread on Outpost Gallifrey’s forums that explores some of Russell Davies’ thinking in writing the episode. Interesting reading.
