It’s hither, thither, and yon in the news–the sucessor to Microsoft’s Xbox, the Xbox 360, will release this fall. I pre-ordered mine at work today. I’m looking at it as a long-term layaway. Six months until the system comes out. Each paycheck, put down another twenty, thirty dollars. Rock on!

EA’s MVP Baseball 2005 came out today, as did Sega’s ESPN MLB 2K5. I’ve just simmed my first season in MVP. On the Latest XBox News
Microsoft’s successor to the XBox will probably debut at May’s E3 trade show. The XBox 2 will probably launch in late 2005. Lots of “probabalies” here. Take the speculation as you will. If the next XBox does launch in October or November, it should make for an exciting Christmas.
